• Workplace or school details

• Assessments, reports, support plans, and other information relevant to the services provided

 

Why Is Information Collected and How Is It Used?

Information is collected for the purpose of:

• Delivering services such as consultation, professional learning, or participation in a Community of Practice

• Planning, reviewing, and improving support systems

• Engaging in professional supervision to improve service quality (identifying information is altered or removed, and inter-state supervision is available upon request)

We will never use your information for other purposes such as training or publication without seeking your explicit, written consent.

 

Who Can Request Access to Information?

Clients may request access to their information at any time. Requests will be responded to within 14 days and may require a consultation appointment to review the contents of the file.

We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, unless:

• There is a legal obligation (e.g., a subpoena), or

• Failure to disclose would place someone at risk of harm

This website is securely hosted in Australia. When you visit, basic traffic data is logged (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited, date/time). These logs are processed by our hosting provider solely for security and reliability purposes and are deleted within one month.
