Individual School Consultation

Why is Consultation Support Beneficial for MTSS-B?

Our consultation process helps schools build lasting systems in support of student wellbeing. By combining strategic planning, capacity-building, and continuous improvement, we aim to empower schools to achieve and maintain the following priorities:

  • Align social, emotional, and behavioural (SEB) support systems with the school’s vision and priorities to ensure consistency.

  • Track implementation goals and results to gain a clearer understanding of their effectiveness and impact.

  • Strengthen leadership to provide support efforts leading to long-term success and sustainability of school and classroom practices.

  • Regularly monitor staff wellbeing and adapt strategies to meet changing needs, ensuring supports remain responsive and effective.

Our consultation support is structured yet a flexible process ensuring support is relevant, achievable, and sustainable.

How does our consultation support differ from traditional professional learning supports?

Unlike traditional professional development that often focuses on one-off training sessions or isolated interventions, our consultation:

  • Uses a systems-level approach that strengthens school and classroom-wide practices as well as advanced tier supports

  • Emphasises long-term sustainability rather than quick fixes

  • Integrates coaching and team development to build local leadership

  • Provides ongoing feedback and data-informed decision-making

  • Customises support to the unique context and readiness of each school.

Our goal is to deliver a comprehensive model that promotes meaningful and sustainable change, rather than mere compliance or short-term enhancements.

What is involved in our consultation process?

Our MTSS-B (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support for Social Emotional Behaviour) consultation follows a structured, collaborative process designed to build sustainable, regional, school or classroom level capacity. The process involves the following key stages:
