Our Consultation Process
Every school is different, but our consultation process follows a structured, collaborative approach that ensures support is tailored to your context, aligned with your strategic priorities, and focused on sustainable implementation.
1. Needs Assessment
We begin by developing a comprehensive understanding of your school's current systems, priorities and implementation needs through consultation with leadership, observations, interviews and a review of available data.
2. Needs Assessment Report and Implementation Roadmap
Following the needs assessment, we provide a detailed report outlining strengths, opportunities and recommendations, together with a tailored implementation and training plan. We work with school leaders to ensure the recommendations align with your School Excellence Plan and local context.
3. Training and Systems Development
Working alongside leadership teams and educators, we deliver professional learning while collaboratively designing or refining the systems needed to support implementation.
4. Coaching and Technical Assistance
Implementation is supported through coaching, leadership consultation and ongoing technical assistance. We help teams problem-solve challenges, refine practices and maintain momentum as implementation progresses.
5. Monitor and Refine
Using implementation and outcome data, we regularly review progress with leadership teams, celebrating successes while identifying opportunities to strengthen systems and practices. Our goal is to leave schools with the capability, systems and confidence to continue improving long after the consultation has concluded.
